My recent feature and started new painting : Krishna My true love :)

Hello my dear readers !

So many things going on around and I am updating my few recent work, WIP..

This month I am starting with my recent feature. I was honored by "Indian Weekender" newspaper of Newzealand to share a little story about me and "Krishna" for Janmasthmi celebration. 

It was a great feeling, I got opportunity to share my art with Indian community of Newzealand and I have received bunch of love and greetings from them. 

I shared my last painting on Janmasthmi, and I made sketch for my next painting on that day only!

Its like my every year task that I make one Krishna painting on every Janmasthmi, and this year I didn't break that.. Like always I will take time to finish it. 

Season of festival has started, and Ganesh Utsav is going on.

It was a random thought and I jumped to make what I imagined. I started painting on clay, and made this Ganesha Ring. 

 This ring has original painting, measures approx 25mm :) A miniature painting on Ring. I was amazed how my random thought turned out so beautiful!

I will keep updating my work..

Ganesha - A hanging miniature Painting

Hello People..!!!
Here I am with something new, "3 miniature hanging Painting of Ganesha"
Mount : Canvas Board
Size : 5"x 7" Each
Medium : Acrylics

This a series of miniature painting of Ganesha..!! Which one can hang on the wall too..!!
This are different incarnation of Ganesha, describing his name..!!
There are different 108 names of Ganesha, but here I have done only 3 of them.
Above one is called "Vakratunda" which means Vakra (Curved) Tunda (Trunk/Soond).



This one is called "Ekdantam" which means Ek (One) Dantam(Tooth).



"Gajanan" means Gaja (Elephant) Anan (Countenance), or Elephant faced God..!!



To put this three on frame was not suitable as per the concept so I thought to do something that can put all three togather..!! and I added a hanging string (Nadachadi) with cute bells in bottom..!!

Ganesha - the Lord of Obstacles

Hello People..!!

Here I am with two new Artwork of Ganesha.
Mount : Canvas Frame
Size : 16"x 20" Each
Medium : Acrylics

Ganesha, The son of Shiva & Parvati. As we know Ganapati, Vighneshvara, Vinayaka and many other name Belongs to "Shri Ganesha", the Lord of Beginnings and Lord of Obstacles. His each name conveys a different meaning and symbolise a different aspect of "Ganesha".



I have seen these images on some music album cover called "Ganesh Stuti" when i was in India. And I have tried to create them again, Ganesha playing instruments like Flute & Sitar, imagine Ganesha in different avatar and thinking all music is belongs to them who has created this world.





You can also see involvement of Ganesha while playing the instruments these the images.
